Small business owners & solo operators
Use the AI assistant you choose for the business to draft customer and review replies, your service page, quotes and invoices, questions for your accountant or lawyer, a job ad and posts. The offer, the price, the tax call, the hire, the signature and every send stay with you and the professional you ask.

Use an AI assistant to draft the paperwork of a small business — replies, reviews, your page, quotes, questions for your accountant and your lawyer, a job ad and posts — while the offer, the price and the signature stay yours.
the reply you decide before it is written, the review the next customer reads, a page with no claim you cannot prove, and a quote that says what is not included: Decide the answer, then the words; The review is read by the next customer; What you do, and what it costs; The quote, line by line
questions for your accountant instead of answers from a chat, the job written before the ad, and the lease you take to a lawyer before you sign: Questions for your accountant; The job before the ad; The lease, and the questions for a lawyer
posts written from what actually happened, and one page with the weekly sitting and the lines you do not cross: Posts from your real week; The owner's week, and the red list
One side of one page, kept where you work: a weekly sitting through messages and reviews, quotes and invoices, your page, notes for the accountant, contract dates, staff and posts, then a red list of what never goes into a chat and what you press yourself, with the names and phone numbers of the people you would call.
The certificate names that artefact and the tools you used — not a title. It carries a code anyone can check: verify a certificate.
The opening of lesson one, exactly as it plays inside — and the exercise that comes with it, which you can do right now without an account.
You probably know this moment. The work is done, you finally sit down, and there is a message from a customer. Sometimes it is a simple question. Sometimes it is a complaint written in a hurry, and it lands on someone who is tired too.
This course is about the paperwork you do yourself when you own a small business. An AI assistant can draft a lot of it. Every decision inside it stays with you, and the course is about keeping those two apart.
Meet Lena. She owns a small garden-care and landscaping business. She works from her van and a notebook, takes on a helper in the busy season, and does the paperwork herself at the kitchen table. You will see her decisions and habits in every lesson, not her results.
First, a decision nobody else will make for you. In a company, someone approves the AI tool people use for work. In your business, that person is you.
So choose one assistant and one account for the business. We will call it your business account from now on. Before anything about a customer goes into it, read what that plan says about your conversations: how long they are kept, who can see them, and whether they are used to improve the model. Plans differ, and some let you switch that last part off. The companion notes show where this lives in common tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. If you cannot find a clear answer, use that account only for made-up examples. And if you have staff, tell them which tool is the work tool and what goes in it.

Here is a customer's message, with her name taken out: [PASTE THE MESSAGE]. I have decided to [YOUR DECISION IN ONE LINE, e.g. come back next week, even out the hedge and clear up at no charge, and not to offer a refund]. Write a short, calm reply that thanks her, says what I will do and that I will confirm the day, and adds nothing else.
The rest of the catalogue is there when you need it — but you do not have to choose anything today. One course, one short lesson at a time, one page at the end.
