AI for Data and Reports
Nine short lessons on the weekly work of reporting numbers, with an assistant doing the listing and drafting: a cleaning log that keeps fixes apart from decisions, the columns the report never needed taken out before anything is pasted, the list of what a file cannot tell you, a glossary where every measure has one written meaning and an owner, the value that stands out asked why before it is written up, a summary where every number is found in the file and every rate's top and bottom is checked, one line under each chart on what it leaves out, a dashboard described for the people who never open it, and one reporting card for the busy week.
Reporting and data analysts, operations and program coordinators, and team leads who put together a recurring numbers report from system exports, spreadsheets and dashboards, without being statisticians. Not a spreadsheet-formulas course; Vesnoro's spreadsheets course covers that. Nothing here needs code, and exports with people in them go only into the tool your employer approved, and only as far as its policy allows.
