AI for HR
Nine short lessons on the written side of HR: a job ad written from one ordinary shift, a screening rubric agreed before anyone is read, interview questions with anchors and scorecards, one approved message for every candidate stage, a welcome page from the new starter's side, a policy that starts as the owner's decision, an announcement that says what changes in its first line, the cases about one person where the assistant gets the process and never the person, and the role kit with the one-page line.
HR managers, HR generalists and recruiters at small and mid-size companies, often a team of one covering hiring, onboarding, policies and people issues at once. Nothing here needs code, and no application, case note or health detail goes into a general assistant.
